Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to four SDRs, ensuring they meet and exceed their targets
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and collaborate on campaign strategies and outreach methods
- Analyze team performance data to drive continuous improvement and support one AE's accounts
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as an SDR with a strong track record of meeting quotas
- Experience in mentoring or leading peers is advantageous
- Mastery of outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling and emailing
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to guide decision-making
