Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager II, Sales Operations to lead revenue systems and tools initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and evolution of Salesforce and connected GTM systems
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance seller productivity and revenue growth
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including requirements gathering and change communications
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Sales Operations or related GTM operations roles, with at least 3+ years managing teams
  • Proven experience administering and optimizing Salesforce CRM in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sales technology ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
