Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Business Development to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth by sourcing, shaping, and negotiating partnerships and collaborations
• Oversee the full deal lifecycle, ensuring efficient and rigorous processes
• Guide partnering strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and represent the company at key industry events

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in biotech or pharma, specifically in business development, strategy, or corporate development roles
• Demonstrated track record of closing business development transactions
• Strong scientific fluency with an advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS) preferred; MBA is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and manage diligence processes with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in leading teams and implementing systems to scale business development activities
