Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide support to key customers and assist the sales team with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer order flow, resolve issues, and manage order holds and shipping problems
• Create and distribute sales reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and assist in sales commission processes
• Coordinate special offers, process digital subscription orders, and provide technical administrative support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and standard office procedures
• Familiarity with systems such as Oracle and Salesforce.com is a plus
• Knowledge of digital and subscription products is helpful
