Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure training content meets product knowledge and compliance standards
• Assist in product launches by conducting needs analyses and developing training materials
• Facilitate training sessions and assess the efficacy of training programs through analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales management, or sales training
• Experience in designing and implementing effective sales leadership programs
• Strong clinical background, preferably with oncology experience
• Proven track record in managing training initiatives for product launches
