Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding product access and patient care guidance
- Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and facilitate discussions with local provider groups
- Elevate opportunities and feedback to inform local strategy and business goals
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory
- 4 or more years of experience in a sales role with HCPs, ideally representing multiple products
- Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers
- Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
