A company is looking for a Global Sales Operations Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, document, and maintain global end-to-end sales processes while identifying and implementing improvements
- Lead change management efforts and create training materials to drive adoption of process best practices
- Act as a liaison between Sales, IT/CRM teams, and Finance to align on system requirements and support tool rollout
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Process Management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of global B2B sales motions (direct, channel, enterprise, commercial)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), CPQ, and related sales technologies
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with change management and driving adoption across global teams
