Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Sales Operations Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map, document, and maintain global end-to-end sales processes while identifying and implementing improvements
  • Lead change management efforts and create training materials to drive adoption of process best practices
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, IT/CRM teams, and Finance to align on system requirements and support tool rollout
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Process Management, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of global B2B sales motions (direct, channel, enterprise, commercial)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), CPQ, and related sales technologies
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with change management and driving adoption across global teams
