Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to design and scale enablement across its global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global enablement roadmap aligned with revenue and growth priorities
- Assess seller competencies and develop role-specific enablement roadmaps and training programs
- Plan and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Sales Kickoffs (SKOs) to drive alignment and skill development
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership within SaaS
- Proven success in building or scaling enablement programs that improve sales performance
- Experience in multi-product selling and facilitating major sales events
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or enablement certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of modern sales technology, particularly Salesforce and Clari
