Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and optimize their Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive RevOps process compliance and ensure data integrity
- Oversee and optimize the RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce and related tools
- Develop onboarding processes and maintain dashboards for key performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on Customer Success
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and familiarity with SaaS sales acceleration tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
