• Utilize agent-focused tools such as CRM and quoting systems to enhance organization and efficiency
• Manage inbound calls and leads while providing exceptional customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• Active 214.215.440 license
• Sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Current on CE Credits
• Basic computer literacy
