Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Conference/Event Coordinator to support the sales team and manage event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for sales tradeshows, conferences, and other events, including venue booking and schedule oversight
- Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and deal pipelines in HubSpot
- Create email marketing newsletters and develop outbound sequences through HubSpot
Required Qualifications
- Previous event coordination experience, preferably within the legal or medical space
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other project management tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
