A company is looking for an Originating Loan Officer Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan files for adherence to underwriting standards and completeness
- Act as a liaison between borrowers, mortgage brokers, and origination staff
- Manage client databases and resolve issues throughout the loan production and underwriting process
Required Qualifications and Education
- Active MLO Licensing required
- 2 - 5 years of experience for LOA Level 1; 5+ years for LOA Level 2
- Experience in loan application preparation and submission
- Knowledge of marketing and database management
- Familiarity with customer service in a lending environment
