Active MLO Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Originating Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files for adherence to underwriting standards and completeness
• Act as a liaison between borrowers, mortgage brokers, and origination staff
• Manage client databases and resolve issues throughout the loan production and underwriting process

Required Qualifications and Education

• Active MLO Licensing required
• 2 - 5 years of experience for LOA Level 1; 5+ years for LOA Level 2
• Experience in loan application preparation and submission
• Knowledge of marketing and database management
• Familiarity with customer service in a lending environment
