Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations to lead revenue systems and tools while enhancing sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and evolution of Salesforce and connected GTM systems to ensure reliability and scalability
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system designs that drive productivity
  • Establish KPIs for system health and tool adoption, using data insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Sales Operations or related GTM operations roles, with at least 3+ years in a management position
  • Proven experience administering and optimizing Salesforce CRM in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sales technology ecosystems, including CPQ and analytics
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
