A company is looking for a Director of Portfolio Sales (Hotel Group Sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead management of inbound group leads and develop local corporate partnerships
- Train onsite teams to proactively sell group business and maintain accountability for revenue goals
- Represent furnished sales performance on ownership calls and monitor revenue production across properties
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience in hospitality, multifamily, or corporate housing industries
- Proven track record in group sales and corporate account development
- Experience leading and coaching onsite teams
- Skilled in presenting to ownership groups and influencing executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
