Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formation and documentation of sales policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Manage tracking and reporting of sales activities and performance metrics using Salesforce.com
- Oversee executive sales dashboards and conduct win/loss and sales pipeline analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- 7 years of experience leading operational teams and functions
- 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce.com or related CRM systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
