Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee branch sales activities and manage loan origination.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage sales activities to meet branch production standards
• Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of outside loan officers
• Establish referral partnerships and analyze financial statements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of retail mortgage origination experience
• 3+ years of retail mortgage sales management experience
• 2+ years of experience in hiring and managing a sales force
• Experience with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines
