A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and guide prospective customers through the technical aspects of the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives on mid-market sales opportunities, focusing on customer needs and technical scoping
- Demonstrate product expertise and lead value-based demonstrations of the platform
- Document product feedback and competitive intelligence, advocating for development improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer in a startup or SaaS company, preferably in Martech
- Foundational understanding of AI and its business applications
- Experience working with APIs and building custom POCs
- Understanding of sales and revenue organization processes
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and marketing events
