Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for IX Square clients, managing the account lifecycle and ensuring client satisfaction
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing issues and optimizing yield
- Drive product adoption and upsells by understanding client needs and facilitating discussions with publisher partners
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a focus on revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of ad tech, including advertising/publisher business models and real-time bidding
- Strong expertise in customer service and account management
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a technology-related field
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
