Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to drive customer conversions and promote products and services to senior adults, caregivers, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage senior adults, caregivers, and agencies through outbound calls to promote products and services
• Onboard new users and assist with the adoption of the digital platform
• Re-engage previous agencies and caregivers to promote new opportunities on the platform

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven track record in outbound sales with achievement of conversion and call-volume targets
• Experience working with senior adults, caregivers, or agencies is highly desirable
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or service-based industries is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
