Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Incentive Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage sales compensation plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead the quota-setting processes and ensure accurate distribution of sales quotas
- Manage a team while fostering collaboration across Sales, HR, Finance, and IT
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Compensation Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; CSCP preferred
- Experience with Enterprise Incentive Management tools such as Xactly
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation best practices and financial modeling
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional stakeholders
