Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager who will focus on building seller skills and delivering consistent execution across the global revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions on sales skills and methodologies
  • Inspire consistent adoption of sales methodologies and create practical tools for sellers
  • Contribute to onboarding and ongoing education programs by developing training modules and sales playbooks
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in revenue or sales enablement with a proven record of coaching sellers
  • Direct experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Force Management
  • Solid facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage sellers and leaders
  • Prior experience as a seller (AE, BDR, or SE) with a successful track record
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce environments
