Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Lending to lead its originations business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, execution, and outcomes of the consumer-direct lending business
• Build, scale, and manage the lending organization across sales and operations functions
• Drive growth in origination volume while focusing on customer experience and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage lending with a mix of sales and operations leadership
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing lending teams
• Deep understanding of mortgage origination processes and compliance requirements
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven company, preferably in fintech
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
