Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive (Farmer) to manage renewals and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts focusing on customer retention and growth strategies
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue
- Lead renewal processes in collaboration with the Customer Success team
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in SaaS
- Strong connections with senior executives in relevant industries
- Proven track record of building relationships and conducting need discovery with senior customer executives
- Skilled in contract negotiation and navigating complex legal discussions
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; knowledge of Mandarin or Thai is a plus
