Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve sales quotas
- Articulate the value proposition of the Workforce Management Suite to clients and prospects
- Implement operational plans and ensure team alignment with talent management programs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and managing sales teams to meet quotas
- Experience in selling SaaS business solutions, particularly Workforce Management
- Strong background in developing value propositions and customer account strategies
- Experience in negotiating pricing and contractual agreements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
