A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales to lead and develop the inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to achieve sales targets
- Drive bookings and conversion while standardizing the sales process and improving workflows
- Recruit, onboard, and develop leaders within the team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Inside Sales with multi-rep leadership
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and processes
- Fluency with Salesforce, Front, Dialpad, and other sales tools
- Experience in design-adjacent categories or high-AOV B2B environments
- Bachelor's degree preferred; exceptional experience may substitute for education
