A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Development, Early Phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual revenue and sales objectives for early phase services
- Develop and implement strategies for client growth and retention
- Identify new leads for potential Phase I Clinical Pharmacology business
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred
- Seven (7) years of sales experience in CRO industries
- Proven track record in selling Early Phase (Phase I - Ib) clinical trials
- Management experience preferred
- Able to work independently and under pressure without supervision
