Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor a team of Residential Outbound Sales Executives
- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Monitor call performance indicators and conduct coaching sessions to improve sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading and motivating a sales team
- College degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or 6+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience managing an outbound sales team is preferred
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
