Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must possess an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus
