Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of enterprise sales managers, focusing on performance and professional development
- Establish sales targets and manage performance against KPIs, including quota attainment and revenue growth
- Drive acquisition of new enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record in managing enterprise sales teams and scaling revenue in food service distribution or food technology
- Experience in the coffee and caf vertical is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with enterprise CRM, Slack, Excel, and Google Suite
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced organization
