Key Responsibilities
- Complete applications and service forms for various financial products, ensuring they are in good order (IGO)
- Research and resolve not-in-good-order (NIGO) issues by analyzing processes and gathering additional information
- Facilitate money movement for internal and external products while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry with knowledge of financial products
- Strong proficiency in navigating multiple systems
- Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive and confidential information
- Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
