Key Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with people leaders and convert them into signed customers
- Develop an understanding of the buyer journey and lead multi-threaded sales in a consultative manner
- Collaborate with broker partners and marketing teams to enhance sales efforts and improve the sales playbook
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the Mid-Market space
- Experience in sourcing outbound opportunities and familiarity with People-focused software
- Ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
- Experience in a consultative sales approach, particularly in complex regulatory environments
- Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to team growth
