Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant - Sales (contract) to support the VP of Sales and GTM leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling for the VP of Sales, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities
- Attend GTM leadership meetings, capture notes, distribute recaps, and track follow-ups
- Handle expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, and travel logistics efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Experience supporting GTM leaders, with an understanding of sales and marketing functions
- Proficient in G-Suite, project management tools, and other relevant software
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
