Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Leader (Contract/Contingent Worker) to accelerate revenue and support the growth of their B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue with clear channel ownership for government, enterprise, or partner accounts
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close deals while enabling new sales representatives
  • Provide coaching and feedback, and refine sales strategies based on market signals


Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in carrying quotas in B2B or channel sales
  • Experience in building sales processes in early or evolving go-to-market environments
  • History of closing complex deals, particularly in government or enterprise sectors
  • Able to coach while managing individual sales targets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and quick iterations in strategy
