Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue with clear channel ownership for government, enterprise, or partner accounts
- Prospect, negotiate, and close deals while enabling new sales representatives
- Provide coaching and feedback, and refine sales strategies based on market signals
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in carrying quotas in B2B or channel sales
- Experience in building sales processes in early or evolving go-to-market environments
- History of closing complex deals, particularly in government or enterprise sectors
- Able to coach while managing individual sales targets
- Comfortable with ambiguity and quick iterations in strategy
