Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Sales Agent (4x10 Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Sell a variety of personal lines insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, and Renters insurance
• Manage the full sales cycle through phone, text, and email to create a personalized customer experience
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance workflow and close 60+ policies per month with warm leads

Required Qualifications

• 10+ active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
• 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales
• Experience in a contact center environment with multiple carriers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies
