Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to support Account Executives by generating qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation through various channels
  • Engage with leads to assess their needs and qualify them based on predetermined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with qualified leads
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales development or inside sales role, preferably selling to HR buyers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
