Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation through various channels

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales development or inside sales role, preferably selling to HR buyers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
