Key Responsibilities
- Connect innovative solutions to the unique needs of prospective customers at universities and scholarly publishers
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with specific customer use cases
- Lead trial training sessions, providing hands-on support and addressing technical questions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working within a university or with academic stakeholders in the US in SaaS or technology-driven solutions
- Experience with SaaS platform acquisitions at research organizations
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product functionality
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams or vendors to align technical solutions with customer objectives
- Ability to manage multiple pre-sales engagements simultaneously
