A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Representative (Hybrid, Waverly).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assess and identify consumer insurance needs
- Educate consumers on policy options and provide accurate product information and quotes
- Document inquiries and follow up on requests, ensuring successful call resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business, or Marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service and sales
- Proven ability to sell insurance products in a call center environment
- Existing Life and Health Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly
