We’re now seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team in the Great Grassland office, focusing on Generator Rentals and Generator Administration and Maintenance. About the Role As a Business Development Representative at Workwarp, you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include: Prospecting key industry categories for potential clients and leveraging existing connections to establish a robust network of contacts. Utilizing various sources, including social media, to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts. Collaborating with divisional leaders to identify new clients within existing large client bases. Maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base and securing referrals to new business verticals. Continuously building and developing your network of potential clients and vendors to uncover new opportunities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of growing new business and developing existing accounts. Experience in one or more of the following industries: construction, basic frameworks, administration-related ventures, course, or region deals insight. A demonstrated ability to set and meet sales activities benchmarks and revenue objectives. Proficiency in prospecting and lead generation using various sources, including social media. In addition to these essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: 5+ years of experience in business development and sales. A strong understanding of the construction industry and related markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
