Key Responsibilities
- Build strong brand and retailer partnerships with Sephora EU accounts
- Develop retailer-centric strategies and influence future retailer initiatives
- Monitor sales performance and lead market analysis to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the beauty or luxury retail industry
- Proven success in driving sales and managing relationships in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies
- Fluency in English and French is highly preferred
- Proactive and organized with strong project management skills
