Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the EMEA Partner Manager team to achieve revenue targets
• Execute the Global Systems Integrator (GSI/GSA) strategy across EMEA
• Directly manage two strategic partner accounts and drive pipeline generation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Partner Management or Business Development in the enterprise software industry
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in the EMEA market
• Experience balancing team leadership with managing strategic GSI/GSA relationships
• Strong analytical skills for managing business performance across territories
