Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive new business opportunities and expand client relationships in the cybersecurity consulting space.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to communicate the technical value of cybersecurity consulting services
- Scope client needs and recommend appropriate cybersecurity consulting services based on identified requirements
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats and trends to inform customer discussions and support onboarding and training for new partners
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, preferably in cybersecurity
- Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as application and network penetration testing
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks
- Strong discovery and consultative skills for aligning solutions to client challenges
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus, but not required
