Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive - Medium Enterprise (Net New).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales into small to medium accounts defined by Workday
- Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and Workday sales teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
- 5+ years of experience selling to Medium Enterprise organizations of 6,000 or fewer employees
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets
- Experience in building relationships with strategic partners and alliances
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs
