Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and revenue goals for the Retail Lending Business Unit across the Eastern Region
- Oversee sales execution, go-to-market strategy, and team development
- Foster relationships with key client stakeholders and guide the team in solution-based selling
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in financial services with a focus on account management or consultative sales
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing teams
- Experience working directly with financial institutions, preferably in retail lending
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
