Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Remote Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads for insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
• Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality products and services

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Proficiency in PC usage and strong typing capabilities
