Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage and administer sales commission programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and process monthly/quarterly sales commissions in line with compensation plans
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of commission data across all relevant systems
- Partner with Sales and Finance to communicate commission calculations and resolve disputes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in commission analysis, FP&A, or sales operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Familiarity with commission management platforms is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach
