Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative to develop new employer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert on family care benefits and generate sales meetings through prospecting
  • Develop and implement business plans for territory, identifying and qualifying prospects
  • Initiate relationships with key executives and foster the company culture and principles
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of professional experience in an outbound prospecting or inside sales role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; or 3 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in outbound prospecting or inside sales preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas and personal goals
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo is ideal
