GTM Tools Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Tools & Systems Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for systems and process training across GTM platforms
• Design and deliver training strategies for onboarding and system rollouts, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities
• Track and analyze the impact of training and system adoption, reporting back to stakeholders for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement or related systems/process roles
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce, quoting tools, HighSpot, and data/reporting platforms
• Proven instructional design background with experience in developing asynchronous training
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
