Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Partner Alliances in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a partnership strategy to support growth goals in the Retail, MGA, and Carrier markets
• Identify ecosystem opportunities, establish partnership tiers, and articulate mutual value propositions
• Lead joint go-to-market planning and oversee the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in partnerships or corporate development within the insurance, insurtech, or BPO sectors
• 10+ years of experience in people or cross-functional leadership
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level executives
• Established understanding of the core business of insurance clients
