Revenue Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist responsible for facilitating employee enablement initiatives across revenue-generating teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and conduct enablement workshops, programs, and seminars for revenue-generating teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to Revenue Enablement Programs
• Conduct analyses to identify inefficiencies in training processes and develop corresponding training needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent working experience
• At least 2 years of experience in managing or training people
• Demonstrated work experience in developing new employees
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and conduct data analysis
