Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative, Federal.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and build accurate, compliant quotes for federal contracts
- Support orders under federal contract vehicles and prepare necessary documentation
- Act as a point of contact for procurement officers, manage customer orders, and generate monthly reports
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in inside sales, bid desk, or sales support within IT
- Hands-on experience with federal procurement processes and portals
- Ability to quote multi-line IT solutions and knowledge of pricing math
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with government-wide acquisition contracts is a plus
